The Pineapple Express
Ingredients
1.5 Oz. Pineapple flavored vodka
1 Oz. fresh lime juice
.75 Oz. simple syrup
Fresh pineapple
3-4 Mint leaves
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a pint glass to muddle. I use 1 slice of fresh pineapple.
- Muddle until pineapple has created a few ounces of liquid.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
- If desired, garnish with a lime slice and mint leaf. Enjoy!
