I tried to change my email address by filing out a new form for the newsletter 3 days ago and got a reply tonight saying the inbox was full and gmail would only try one more time.
I was in the store tonight and talked to Dennis and he said doing it online would be faster than having him turn it in to whoever takes care of that BUT than inbox is full. Help!
If you could call into the store and speak to Scott, he does all of our email and online administration. He works Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 6pm. I’m sure he will be able to handle any questions you might have
I have been receiving your e-mail specials for more than a year and all of a sudden they stopped about a month ago. I love reading about the selections and it always gets me in to the store to check them out. I don’t know why I stopped getting them but I hope this gets me back in the loop!

In Dec. 2013 I suddenly stopped receiving the Wilbur’s email which I took great advantage of the sales and information for the last few years. In Jan 2014, I placed a request to receive the email newsletter but have yet to receive it since Dec. 2013. Today I sent a new request. Please let me know how long this is going to take before I start receiving the email again. I asked a cashier last week and they said it takes awhile. I look forward to receiving this email again. It shows that your email address is in our database. Try doing a search for Wilburs Total Beverage in your yahoo mail and see if it pulls up one of our newsletters then add us as one of your contacts to make sure that we aren’t being blocked as spam. If this doesn’t work (give us about a week or so to send out our next email) give me a call at the store and I can try and guide you through some troubleshooting.

I would like to reserve a case of the Kim Crawford sauvignon blanc with the rebate offer. This is my all-time favorite summer white wine. am in Indonesia, will return to Fort Collins August 24. Can you set this aside? You are my favorite wine store and I am a Wilburs rewards card holder. The most likely answer is that your email provider is marking us as spam. If you can find one of our old emails and make sure to add us as one of your contacts it should resolve this issue. If that doesn’t work give me a call here at the store and I’d be happy to help you!

I participated in two of your recent rebate promos: Raymond Vineyard and Kim Crawford. Both were awesome, however as of Oct. 19th, 2016 I have not received a rebate check from either wineries? Can someone check to see if they have been sent and if not when they plan to send? If the have been sent, am I out of luck in receiving mine? I believe Raymond’s was 30 July and Crawford’s 13 August?
